買到了~~這本書非常好用的地方是有列出來適合用什麼鍋具,沒想到可麗餅鍋這麼厲害可以進烤箱做很多菜色,我新買的20cm烤盤也有很多款菜色

LC鍋官方出的經典食譜!等了1個多月終於出來了,有送鍋子的造型磁鐵耶〜〜還有抽獎送最新色的杯組

然後我最喜歡這本書的部分就是它最後面有一面索引是用器具來分類食譜,擁有哪個鍋想做什麼菜就可以選擇,像我新買的小小20cm鑄鐵煎盤,就多了很多菜色可以選擇

我原本只知道這樣的小鑄鐵煎盤可以做法式達,看到食譜上還可以做煎餅(馬鈴薯絲+麵糊),下次要試試看

第一本是「遇見一只鍋:愛蜜莉的異想廚房」很適合LC鍋烹調之外,前天又發現一本也非常適合燉煮的書,其實我在誠品整個書櫃都看過,國外單純設計為燉煮的書也很少,因為我沒有那麼大的烤箱,遇見一只鍋食譜用烤的比較多,所以只有大約一半的食譜我可以用

第二本是「STEW異國風燉菜燉飯:跟著味蕾環遊世界家裡燉」更讚,雖然他並沒有為哪一個鍋子背書,只要是砂鍋燉鍋,能保存火力與恆溫的鍋他都推薦,這本書更適合LC鍋來使用,光是要做飯之前翻一翻這本書,就很好買菜來搭配,變化很多,用烤的食譜比較少
